Our history

Campkin's was founded in Pickering in 1973 by Lawrence Campkin and his son Brad. The business relocated to Myrtle Station (North Whitby) in 1988. Roland Goreski became General Manager in 2009 and expanded operations during the economic downturn. Brad Campkin retired in 2014, and Roland became owner. “Campkin's RV has over 48 years of customer's who call Campkin's their Ontario RV Dealer of choice.”

Parts and accessories

Since 1988, Campkin's operates a fully stocked parts and accessories store. A new building completed in July 2004 expanded capacity. RV Club cards (Explorer RV Club, Good Sam, Camper's World) provide 10% off parts. An ecommerce Parts Store offers additional savings. Gift Cards range from $10 to $250.

Our service facility

The service facility spans over 6,000 square feet — 4,000 sq ft in a new area plus 2,000 sq ft in the Customer Care Centre. “Even the concrete floor is heated.” This enables year-round service and customer training in controlled environments.

Training

Service technicians attend annual courses to maintain certifications. Parts staff attend yearly trade shows. Salespeople complete factory tours each January to “learn how our RVs are built and what materials are used.”

Campkin's carries premium RV brands including Sanibel, Crusader, Lacrosse, Tracer, Avenger, Apex, Clipper, Wolf Pack, Cherokee, and Northern Spirit.

Campkin's belongs to the RV Care dealer group for extended customer service coverage.
